  • Q: Do I need a boating license to rent a boat?
  • A: No. All of our rentals come with a licensed captain, so you don’t need a boating license to enjoy our services.
  • Q: What is the minimum age for renting or boarding a boat?
  • A: The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. All passengers under age 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Q: What should I bring with me for my boat rental?
  • A: We recommend bringing sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, a towel, and any snacks or drinks you may want. If you’re planning on swimming, bring appropriate swimwear.

 

Booking and Payment

  • Q: What is your deposit policy?
  • A: We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at our rental location.

  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?
  • A: We accept credit/debit cards and cash payments. Please ensure you have the appropriate payment method for your rental.

 

Safety and Regulations

  • Q: Are life jackets provided?
  • A: Yes, life jackets are provided for all passengers. While wearing them is optional, we recommend wearing them, especially during rough weather or emergencies.
  • Q: What if there’s bad weather on the day of my rental?
  • A: If we cancel the rental due to bad weather, we offer a full refund or rescheduling options. Our team will contact you to discuss alternatives.
  • Q: Can I bring my own equipment or decorations on the boat?
  • A: For safety reasons, we do not allow additional equipment or decorations on our boats. If you have special requests, please contact us in advance.

  • A: Pets are not allowed on our boats unless prior arrangements have been made. Please contact us if you wish to bring a pet.

  • A: Yes, we offer a selection of food and drinks on board for purchase. You can choose from a variety of snacks, meals, and beverages, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please ensure all trash is disposed of properly to keep the boat clean.
