1. Bookings and Reservations

  • Deposit and Payment: To secure a boat rental, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon your arrival at our rental location, before you can take possession of the boat. Please be sure to bring the appropriate payment method on the day of your rental.
  • Identification and Waiver: All renters and passengers must present a valid government-issued ID upon arrival. Additionally, each participant must sign a liability waiver before boarding the boat. Please ensure you have the necessary identification and are prepared to sign the waiver.
  • Age Requirements: Renters must be at least 21 years old to book a rental. Some boats may have additional age or licensing requirements.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

 

2. Rental Conditions

  • Rental Period: Rentals are for a specific time period, as specified in your booking. Late returns may incur additional fees.
  • Boat Condition: Renters are responsible for returning the boat in the same condition as received. Any damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
  • Safety Equipment: Boats are equipped with standard safety equipment. Renters are required to use all safety gear and follow safety protocols.
  • Prohibited Activities: Renters must not engage in illegal activities, operate the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exceed passenger limits.

 

3. Liability and Indemnification

  • Liability: Rumaway Lifestyle is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our boats, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
  • Indemnification: Renters agree to indemnify and hold Rumaway Lifestyle harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the rental boat or breach of these Terms.

 

4. Weather and Cancellations

  • Bad Weather: In case of adverse weather conditions, Rumaway Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals. Refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • Website Content: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Rumaway Lifestyle. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our permission.
  • Trademarks: The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Rumaway Lifestyle. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
