1. Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required to secure your reservation.
  • This deposit is payable at the time of booking and is deducted from the total rental cost.

 

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled rental date are eligible for a partial refund of the rental fee, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental date are not eligible for a refund, including the non-refundable deposit.

 

3. Bad Weather

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, high winds), which pose a safety risk to renters, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rentals at our discretion.
  • If your rental is canceled due to bad weather, you will have the option to reschedule for a future date or receive a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
